The air conditioning works great.

Unfortunately, our stay was marred by excessive noise. The windows and doors did little to block outside sounds, making it hard to relax. We also noticed the presence of ear plugs by the bed, indicating a known issue that affected our comfort during our trip.

The hotel provided fresh organic meals, including incredible beet burgers and innovative quinoa tacos, which were a delightful surprise during our stay.

you’d think a hotel would do something about roosters and clanking pots, but I guess that’s too much to ask. also, I couldn’t believe I didn’t get a complimentary upgrade after that. absoluteley disappointing, I almost gave a good review, but I just couldn’t. I deserve better treatment!

The outdoor pool area felt like a hidden paradise, perfect for unwinding. The breakfast served at Bistro Organico was exceptional, featuring fresh organic options. I especially loved the beet burgers for lunch. Staff were incredibly attentive and made me feel right at home, particularly Alonso who helped me recover a lost phone. However, the noise from the kitchen each morning was disruptive, making it hard to enjoy a peaceful start to the day. I also noticed the occasional clamor from nearby roosters early in the morning. While the ambiance and service were fantastic, a quieter dining experience would have been ideal.
